I released a couple of new titles a little over a week ago. (I’ve been busy working on upcoming issues of Legends of Lasniniar, as well as Wave Runners, so I’m just getting around to blogging about it now.)

Fatal Empire Part 1: Keeper of Secrets

Amazon | Kobo | Smashwords (More retailers to follow.)

Part 1 of this new fantasy intrigue project is now available for $3.99. Fatal Empire will be composed of four novellas in total.

Although Fatal Empire is a fantasy project, it has a different feel from the Lasniniar series. For more info on that, and my plans for the quartet, visit the Fatal Empire page.

In the meantime, here is a product description:

In the Dharakmeni Empire, nothing is as it seems.

Raziel has many questions. He has long wondered about his absent mother’s fate, but even his wildest imaginings couldn’t be further from the truth. Little does he know her secrets will change his destiny, and have the power to alter the future of the empire itself.

Perhaps some questions are better left unanswered…

This 36,000 word first-person fantasy novella is Part One of the Fatal Empire Quartet, and includes a sneak peek of Part Two, Keeper of Wisdom. (Forthcoming.)

Legends of Lasniniar: Shipwrecked

Feoandir is having a bad day.

The maelstrom that destroyed Ralvaniar has also become the ruin of his ship, stranding him on the shore of a strange and perilous land. Worse, his elven crew and passengers have fractured into their former tribes and can’t seem to agree on anything–except to elect him as their leader.

This 9,700 word fantasy novelette adventure takes place toward the end of the novel Light Chasers, and reveals the origin of the Lost Elves.

Just a note…

I will be on vacation from April 1st-8th, so I will not be responding to email, Facebook messages, blog comments, etc. that are sent during that time. If you do try to contact me, I will get back to you as soon as possible starting April 9th. ;)

Wow! Really, Jacqui? You work that hard and then go cold turkey on the vacation? Good for you. That’s one heck of a temptation, however. No e-mail/social networking at all. *bows to the master*
Doing anything awesome? You don’t have to divulge any secrets now as long as there will be pictures and an all explaining blog post when you come back. :)
Whatever you end up doing, I hope it’s great. Thanks for dropping by my blog today. It’s always good to have you drop by for a visit. Stop by anytime.
Now, you heard about my cover reveal, right? I haven’t given you a sneak peek yet, have I? Want one? It’s secret right now, but I love showing my pals. Perhaps I’ll send it to you before you head out…

Yeah, it’s definitely time for me to get some relaxation in. I feel like I’ve been perpetually tired/run down for the last few months. I’ll be going someplace warm, where I can drink Mango Tangos on the beach all day long. ;)

I would love to see your cover, if you get a chance to send it!
